No, we can't get you access to our server. Do you think there is a glitch that has caused this? I can understand problems occurring from changing the authorization heirarchy, but not totally deleting people from the Employee List. I'm not really sure what happened. I changed the authorization heirarchy, didn't seem to be a problem. I was able to view all of the employees fine. Then at lunch time today, people started not being able to clock back in and they are totally missing from the Employee List. Nobody deleted them, so w...

That solution did not work, we cannot access it through program files. Only through LINUX. The commands to set_admin_permissions are not working. In fact we tried opening several different options in the tools directory and it seems that none of them can be opened.

I changed the Admin permission group and did not mean to. I have lost all access to policies, company heirarchy - everything. I was trying to give my boss access and in the process changed the administrator. Please help me get this back. I have no idea where to start. I just started using this progr...
