But when I go to a timesheet to add the 8 hours of Maternity Leave (Unpaid) -- it does not show up as an option. What do I need to fix this? I a...

Re: Timetrex v. 5.0 interface -- runs so slow we don't use i
I tried a couple of things ... and the response times were all 1.490 seconds or higher. I am not familiar with your cloud hosted product. Maybe that is something I need to investigate for our company. Does cloud hosted mean the same thing as On-Demand? Is there a link on your website that would give...

When we login to our Timetrex accounts on our computers ... the login screen asks us to try the Timetrex v. 5.0 interface. Whenever we have tried using this interface ... login, everything was so much slower than what we were currently doing that we always switched back. How come it is slow for us? ...

Thank you for your answer -- it was the correct answer as always & so quick too!
I also now know to watch for the decimal indicating "hours" and the colon indicating the "minutes".

Timesheet Detail Report - default dates
When I go to view/print reports -- the date always seems to be some date in the future rather than the current date. For example -- Timesheet Detail Report -- is using a date in December ... which is meaningless since no hours have been worked in December. Is there some place to change where the pro...

Print out all individual time sheets - end of period
Is there a way to print out everyone's time sheets in one easy step? I want to print them & then have them sign them. We are at the end of our first pay period & I had to print out each individual time sheet. I wouldn't have the time to do this if we had more employees than we do. TIA Marilyn

Please see the attached word document for a screen shot of My timesheet. Monday - worked 8.25 hrs Tuesday - worked 7.40 hrs but the time sheet shows only 7.40 hrs worked time/total time. Why doesn't it show a total of 15.65 hrs? I've tried "recalculating" the timesheet w/ the same results....

Manual Pay Period
Newbie to TimeTrex -- I've played around with how to set up a pay period schedule that reflects how our company currently pays their employees. I have not been able to replicate what we do with the semi-monthly pay schedule. So I am "guessing" we have to do a manual pay period ... and I wo...
