Exporting Schedules to CSV/Generic Excel

I was wondering if there is a way to export schedules out of Time Trex with their schedule template. Basically looking for my entire workforces in and out time daily.

I have tried 5.0.1 and found nothing as well as 3.X.

Thanks in advance Shawn.

Multiple Schedule Template Assigned to one Employee

We need some insight as to whether or not this is possible. More specifically if it is possible to have to templates on the same day. Example. Agent X is Scheduled the following for Monday. In 7:00 AM out at 3:00 PM. During this time frame i would like a template to say they are scheduled from 11:00...

Re: Paid Time Split Mid Week

We do have two separate pay periods based off of both Branches we have built. The pay period schedule has not been modified.

Paid Time Split Mid Week

Please see the attached files below. You can see that half way through the week the agents time cards are reflecting a different dept. This separates their total time on their time card. The agents are setup correctly and are reflecting so under the agent admin panel.

Please Advise.

Re: Paid Time and Accumulated Time calculations are incorrec

Im having an issue related to this as well. However it is slightly different. Mid week the paid time and accumulated time reflect a different branch than whats available on the pay period, showing a different total hours, and creating inaccuracies in the payroll export.

Please advise.

Re: Customizing Punch Types

We are looking to add a new punch type to our timetrex. Called "VTO." To effectively track the time we VTO someone for as to not count their schedule adherence against them. Seeing as an administrator will be updating this each day is there something else you would recommend instead of add...

Re: New v5.0.1 - Importing data directly from web interface

Hey Shaun, I have tried on the local sites network and i have had no issues on different machines. It seems to be localized to my workstation. Is there a specific place i can look for the "stale cookie" so to speak. Also since it is a flex app and we have tried purging flash is there anywa...

Re: New v5.0.1 - Importing data directly from web interface

Could you try logging into our Online Demo and uploading the file there to see if it works? http://demo.timetrex.com/interface/Login.php?user_name=demoadmin1&password=demo (You don't need to complete the entire import process, just get passed the upload file part then cancel out, so no data is ...

Re: New v5.0.1 - Importing data directly from web interface

I have used the following browsers.

-Google Chrome
-Mozilla FireFox
-Internet Explorer

All to no avail. I have cleared my cache and tried each one, after completely closing each individual browser.

My apologies for the incorrect version information. I was unaware we upgraded.

Thanks,

New v5.0.1 - Importing data directly from web interface

Good afternoon, Here at Surpass we have been importing all of our employees via the 5.0.1 interface. During the import process we often get an error. I have attached a screenshot below, we were just wondering if your team has developed any fixes for this error. http://i945.photobucket.com/albums/ad2...
