Re: WARNING: This TimeTrex version (v5.0.8) out of date
Is there somewhere where we can view the changelogs? I see posts in the Announcements section stopped in 2011.

Re: Overtime not working properly
Okay so I've now changed the pay period to split the times at midnight and it is the best solution, unfortunately now it throws up exceptions every day because it says the shifted staff are coming in late. Any way to fix this besides having to create separate shifts on the schedules?

Re: Overtime not working properly
Premium policies will do what you want if they are setup correctly, though they are no overtime policies so they do behave differently. The "Assign Shifts To" setting will only affect punches made after you change the setting, not before. You will manually need to correct historical punch...

Re: Overtime not working properly
Overtime is based on the entire shift, not just partial shifts. So because the employee started their shift on Saturday, the entire shift is assigned to Saturday and therefore the Sunday overtime will not be calculated. You have two options, change your pay period schedule "Assign Shifts To&qu...

Overtime not working properly
I've only noticed this now, but our Sunday overtime policy is not working properly. It only seems to affect employees that work night shift, e.g.) if they come in at 11pm on Saturday and work through to Sunday morning. Here is a screenshot of what I mean: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14569277/overtime.p...

Re: Browser sometimes open incorrect interface
Please download the latest version of TimeTrex (v5.1), as this is already handled for you. Hi shaunw, thanks for the reply. I however did upgrade before doing this, it was still happening after the update. I am running v5.1.0. No worries though as the redirect hack I put in seems to work just fine.

Browser sometimes open incorrect interface
I have set up my TimeTrex ini file to make the flex interface the default, however it sometimes still opens the standard interface (specifically when opening it up in multiple tabs) unless I tell it to go to timetrex.address/interface/flex This was confusing the hell out of some of our staff as it t...

Re: E-mail notifications stopped working
Nevermind, I seem to have fixed it. My hostname in timetrex.ini had a preceding http:// and mail wouldn't get accepted that had these characters in it or something. Changed it from: [other] ; Force all clients to use SSL. force_ssl = FALSE installer_enabled = FALSE primary_company_id = 1 hostname = ...

E-mail notifications stopped working
I hope somebody can help me. I had everything working perfectly and then one day e-mail notifications just stopped working. I have tried all the different sendmail methods and none of them work. I was using the SOAP method which was working fine. My other web apps that use the same server to send ma...

Viewing Overtime in Schedule?
I have just setup TimeTrex and really loving it so far. I just have a question that I cannot seem to find in the FAQ's or in searches. When I view the schedules and show the totals, is there a way for me to see what those hours/wages would be with the overtime/premium policies I have in place? I can...
