Paystub summary report income tax total does not match?
The federal income tax total on my pay stub summary report does not match the total on my 941 or 941 report and I cannot figure out why, any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

I found that if I log in to the legacy interface I was able to do this. Will this no longer be an option in future versions?

Why can't I view/print form 941 anylonger?
Up until now I have been able to view and print FORM 941. Now all I can do is generate a report. My interface also appears very different. Was there an update that I was not made aware of? I use timetrex cloud hosted.

Missed a punch
I missed a punch on an employee timesheet and processed the payroll without the punch. I need to add the punch to a closed pay period and generate an updated pay stub. I set the period to post adjustment but I cannot generate a new paystub. Is this possible?

Like example two.
I ran a report of my sales - year to date - by day of the week in my accounting software.
I would like to run a report in timetrex that shows labor by day of the week - year to date.

Form 941 in Timetrex On Demand version showing 2011 values
I recently generated a form 941 report as we are monthly depositors and I was determining our proper deposits. The form is displaying 2011 tax rates for FICA and others. I am afraid the entire program might be withholding 2011 rates, hopefully this is not the case. Is there any way I can fix this?

As you can see in the screen shot the employee has two medicare deductions on her pay stub. Shouldn't one of these deductions be an employer deduction and not deducted from the employees gross pay. This appears to be happening on all of the employees paystubs, however when I process the stubs using ...

Yes they are assigned the federal tax deduction. After exiting the program and restarting it, it appears to be applying properly however the employee seems to have a double medicare deduction. Also, is there a way to have the employer deductions print on the pay stubs as well?

I am using the hosted version of time trex and for some reason on the employee pay stubs no federal withholding is displaying for any employee. Most of the employees should have money being withheld for federal taxes. For some reason the stubs are showing two deductions for medicare though, it seems...
