Hi
My PC crashed, but I have the sql-database as a backup. Can I use this file as a backup? I have tried to copy the file to TimeTrex folder, and then run "restore_database". I get: "Please specify the SQL dump file that you wish to restore."

Re: Create report of "absence"
Hi
Thanks again for super-fast answer.
I cant get this to work. I only see some hours, but not what the hours are there for. See attached example for this last weeks sick days and a report from 1 year back. Please don't care about the wage, I don't use it.

Create report of "absence"
Hi Any way that I can create a report based on "absence". I want to be able to see if the employee have been sick, had vacation and so on. I want it to be based on number of absences, not per hour (yes I know its easy to calculate but I want to have a draft where I see it as below): 2014-0...

Re: How to book overtime after X-amount of minutes?
Hi I used "Policy" - "Overtime Policies". There I added 8: 20 means if the employee works more than 20 minutes, then he/she gets the extra time but below he/she will get normal 8h. Seems to work today at least :) I guess that if the employee works 8:20 then it will be 1 min thats...

How to book overtime after X-amount of minutes?
Hi I want to know how I can setup the software so that it dont "bank" the overtime until after X-amount of minutes. e.g: The employee work 8h 13 min. I dont want the 13 min to be booked. The employee work 8h 31 min. I want the 31 min to be booked, but just because its above 30 min extra. A...

Re: Email notifications using "Exceptions policy" - but I do
Some small update. I now always get the message if Person A punch in late or if person A are out late, but I don't get it if person A is early out or early in. I found out that I need to "re-stamp" all his time (Save & Next), to get above messages but I still miss when Person A punch i...

Re: Email notifications using "Exceptions policy" - but I do
Hi Person B and C always get the first message, when he/she punch-in, but nothing else. Yesterday I (think) configure the "Exceptions policy" so that person B and C will get message if person A punch out/in to early/late. That means person B and C should always get a email regarding person...

Email notifications using "Exceptions policy" - but I dont..
I wonder if I have configured this correctly - since I don't get any email notifications, or I did get one yesterday but since I had it configured 7 days ago its pretty strange? Im using version: 7.0.2 and I run it local on a server. My goal is that I want the email notification sent to person "...
