I just did an audit trail report, changing nothing except for the date range. I did 9/1 - 10/31 again.
I got a much longer report however the data still only goes back to 10/2.

Re: Limited audit trail data?
The first screenshot is the audit trail requested.
The second is the results that it produces.
As you can see, it only goes back a few days.

Limited audit trail data?
Hi Shawn, I'm trying to do an audit trail report on an employee, and I'm finding that there is only audit trail information for the past 2 days available regardless of the date range I put in. Is this by design? Experimenting with other employees shows that nobody has any audit information prior to ...

Automatically restart TimeTrex service?
Hello, Is there any way I can set up the TimeTrex service to automatically restart if it goes down? I've had periodic Apache crashes at inopportune times: Faulting application name: httpd.exe, version: 2.2.8.0, time stamp: 0x47a6bd5c Faulting module name: php5ts.dll, version: 5.2.6.6, time stamp: 0x...

I disabled "timetrex_maintenance". I will see if that improves the situation.

Daily time worked bizarrely doubling??
For the past two pay periods, my employees time worked has been recorded as double what it actually should have been (ie, 16 hours instead of 8 hours for each day). This time doubling has been happening for every single employee. See the attached screenshots. If I delete the last punch on the first ...

[PATCH] Paychex online payroll export
Attached is a patch adding the ability to export payroll in the CSV style required by Paychex Online Payroll. Paychex requires different hour codes listed column-wise, as opposed to the row-wise approach used by the generic CSV output. Currently it is very simple (our needs are simple) and only list...

Re: Recurring schedule and late exception
I've attached screenshots showing schedules. It appears that I have schedules going forward but not in the past? I just did a late test punch for today and the In Late exception was shown properly.

Re: Recurring schedule and late exception
Thank you for the quick response.
My schedule policy is assigned to the Recurring Schedule Template. The Start/Stop window is 1.0 hours. In my Exception Policy, both Out Late and In Late have Grace Periods of 0.25 hours and Watch Windows of 2.0 hours.

Recurring schedule and late exception
Hello, I'm not sure if I have misconfigured TimeTrex. I have set up an installation with an administrator and separate test employee accounts. I've done all the recommended set up including a recurring schedule (9am-5pm) that I have assigned my test employee to. However after entering punches (for t...
