Re: Accumulated Time Missing
Thank you for your reply, but I just looked in both my install and the demo install and was not able to find such a permission. Thank you, Adam Edit: I just checked in the demo again and took it out of community mode and was able to see this permission. Is this feature no longer in the community edi...

Re: timesheet report question.
You could most likely use the "Employee Include" selection spot in the reports.

Accumulated Time Missing
Hello, I used to use the accumulated time feature every once in a while and recently noticed it is missing. Looking at the online demo in community mode, I see it is still there. (see screenshot of demo: https://i.imgur.com/kl3lazN.png) However, on my system logged in as a full admin, I don't have t...

Re: Connect to Postgress database and run queries
You should not run queries directly to the database due to the complexity of the database. You could very easily mess something up and render TimeTrex useless. You should use the TimeTrex API.

Re: configuring maintenance tasks on Suse 11 (Linux)
Looks to me like you haven't set up your cron jobs. This will do various maintenence tasks on the server automatically.
Follow the instructions on the screen, and you should be good to go.

You must speak directly with your system administrator in order to resolve this issue, as this is something that they can setup.

Re: How do I "serve" the TimeTrex webpage across our network
Hello, Did you install it using the .exe file downloaded from TimeTrex? If so, it is already "served". You can figure out the web address to go to by doing an ipconfig on the server and using your internal ip address to access it from other computers on the same network. Just type in the i...

Re: Do not see Timesheet link under Attendance for my employ
It is most likely a permission issue. Please go to Company --> Permissions Groups. Then select the permission group that the user is part of and post a screenshot of what permissions are disabled for that permission group. Then we can better assist you.

Re: HTML5 Bugs
That is really weird. I just tried on the machine that I tried it on originally and said that it didn't work and it works now. I am not sure why that is, but that is something that I would have to look into.

It still doesn't show for me. I do not have any filters applied at all. Here is what I see from his view.

Re: HTML5 Bugs
I am sorry. The previously named user cannot access it in FLEX interface either. I don't think that it is a permissions issue. I have posted a screenshot of the relevant area in the permissions. Also, the user is then not able to see the exceptions as the user does not see the schedule. permissions....

Re: HTML5 Bugs
The previously named user still cannot access his schedule from the HTML5 interface. He can however from the FLEX interface. I have verified that it does show up in the individual schedule printout for that user when printed from that user account. It is just that it is not being displayed in the sc...

Re: Processing Payroll/Generating Pay Stubs
Thank you. That was fixed now that I imported the Date. The only reason I cropped it was to hide employee names. But thank you for letting me know that. I will just block the names out if I need to next time. Thanks again!

Re: localhost and Network Timeouts
I would try disabling the Trend Micro and leave it off for a day or so and then see if TimeTrex stays up. If it does, then you know that you have an issue with the Trend Micro software.

Re: Where is the Flex interface source code?
The flex source code is not available as TimeTrex is being ported to HTML5 currently. Once the HTML5 version is available, the HTML5 source code will be available. The HTML5 is currently in it's early beta test stage.
