Ok. I did a reinstall using the .bin file. How do I restore my settings and database? What is the exact path for the database files? I back them up but I can't recall where I need to restore them to. Again I am using ubuntu.

Thank you Shaunw. Can you point me as to the directory structure as I unzipped the installation file but I am still getting the same issue. Hi I ran into an issue with my upgrade. I am running timetrex on ubuntu linux using php 5. The files got unzipped all over the place inside the var/www/TimeTrex/timetrex folder.
