Is the Tablet TimeClock available as a community edition option?

Employees not saving punches

I have many employees which are not hitting save when punching in. Is there anyway to make TimeTrex alert the employee when they are trying to logout without saving?

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Weekly Overtime policy error (calculating daily)

I figured it out. For some reason the pay period schedule policy was send on Sun-Mon for the week even though our week for the pay period is set to Mon-Sun. I found the setting under Company - Pay Period Schedule - Edit the pay period you have - advanced.

Weekly Overtime policy error (calculating daily)

I'm trying to set weekly overtime policy and retroactively update timesheets. I have an employee which is getting daily overtime on a pay day, however I've set the o/t policy to weekly, updated the policy group, then recalculated time sheet. The O/T will not go away. Any ideas? (week is Monday-Sunda...

Re: Warning: Days not assigned to a pay period

I am experiencing this error message. I tried importing the pay period and the warning still exists. What is the point of importing a pay period anyways? This is our initial setup. The pay period shows 1/1/2016 - 1/15/2016 paying on 1/20/2016 We have only punches right now on 1/1/2016. To my knowled...

Re: Updating TimeTrex and Tax Tables

Thank you for your reply, that's the info I was looking for. Connecting to the internet isn't really an option at this point in time. The other owners of the business aren't comfortable with this and since there is network security employee its probably safer that our main server that runs everythin...

Re: Updating TimeTrex and Tax Tables

Is there anyway for me to manually initiate the update after I enable internet access? If not (on an annual basis) when should I go about updating TimeTrex to load in next years tax tables and how do I verify they're good to go?

Updating TimeTrex and Tax Tables

As the end of the year approaches I'm wondering how TimeTrex goes about updating tax tables? We installed TimeTrex a couple months ago and we're located in Bellingham, WA. TimeTrex is on an internal network with internet only when we enable it. Please let me know what needs to be done to know that T...

Re: Tip Reporting

Thanks Shaun. I told Kate we should just start collecting tip reports semi-monthly, same as the pay period. I appreciate the help.

Re: Tip Reporting

Thanks for the help Shaun. I'm working with Kate on the implementation. I was able to create the paystub account last night and then create a deduction to remove the income as it is already received by the employee. I'll try making the account misc. instead as that would flow better. There is one mo...
