I think for Zimbabwean Tax to work, customising the PHP code is the only solution because of the tax complexity. Unfortunately, I do not know who to talk since sales@timetrex.com is not being responsive and do not know to get attention from jon.hutchison@timetrex.com or other developers

The issues seem to have disappeared for now
Regarding 1., I have adopted a new habit of logging out of the system as soon as I am done. I was not logging out, I guess TimeTrex complain if a user stays logged for say 24hrs
