Re: Critical Maintenance Jobs Not Running After Upgrade
That was the problem and that is strange because everything was working properly prior to the auto upgrade of 7.4.5 which installed on 10/23/2014. Even after I uninstalled the software and performed a fresh install of 7.4.5 the paths in the timetrex.ini file were not properly formatted. I'm running ...

Re: Message stating -Critical Maintenance Jobs Not Running
I went ahead and uninstalled Timetrex and re-installed restoring the database. We can now access the database HOWEVER, after the fresh install it is still showing the message "CRITCAL MAINTENANCE JOBS HAVE NOT RUN IN THE LAST 48 HOURS. Please contact your TimeTrex administrator immediately"...

PHP CLI Errors after upgrading to 7.4.5
My Timetrex did an auto update to 7.4.5 but then stopped running maintenance jobs. The scheduled task would not allow me to reset the user account running the tasks. I downloaded and ran the install for version 7.4.5 manually to see if I could get the maintenance jobs working and now the installatio...

Re: Configuring Password Reset link
In the timetrex.ini.php file under OTHER I see the entry hostname=localhost
Can I safely edit this line to say: hostname=dcserver which is the name of the server hosting timetrex.
This is the URL reflected when a user logins in from their desktop: http://dcserver:8085/interface/flex/

Configuring Password Reset link
My system is properly emailing a user when they request a password reset; however, the link provided does not point them to the proper URL. The URL points to "localhost" and it needs to point to the name of the server that TimeTrex is installed on. Is there anyway to update the link provid...

Re: Login Screen does not display correctly in IE after upgrade
You nailed it! It was NOT an issue on your demo site. There was a setting in IE to view all Intranet sites in compatibility mode. I unchecked that and the problem was resolved. Thank you!

Login Screen does not display correctly in IE after upgrade
I just completed upgrading TimeTrex from version 3.5.1 to 3.7.0 using the automated express installation. Time Trex is installed on a single workstation running Vista Business SP2. Everything appears to be running normally with the exception that the login screen is not displaying properly on Workst...

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies
Shaun sorry for the delay in responding with today's results. All schedules were "committed" this morning when employees arrived so it looks like whatever was messed up has corrected itself. I will continue to watch, but hopefully the issue has self resolved. The information you provided r...

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies
My experience since January (when product was installed) is that the schedules are not going to commit. My schedule was not commited for today, so I have no reason to believe that it will commit the remaining schedules for tomorrow. It is a real pain to have to go back and fix all the punches but I ...

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies
There is only one maintenance job in the task scheduler and it is scheduled to run every minute. It appears to be working and functioning correctly. Is the maintenance job that commits the recurring schedule a separate task? If so, are there directions on how to set it up?

Re: Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies

Recurring Schedule doesn't recognize Rounding Policies
