I did install via the ZIP file.

The only recent change is an install of a SSL Certificate and implementation of a HTTPS Redirect through IIS URL Rewrite Module 2. But I doubt that has anything to do with it. I tried disable those features and still got the error.

I am running TimeTrex 3.5.0 on Windows Web Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5, PHP 5.3.6, and PostgreSQL 9
