I did install via the ZIP file.

The only recent change is an install of a SSL Certificate and implementation of a HTTPS Redirect through IIS URL Rewrite Module 2. But I doubt that has anything to do with it. I tried disable those features and still got the error.

I have just started to get this error when trying to view a generated pay stub.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
