have just found the problem and solution: It seems after un-install Vista doesn't delete the maintenance jobs from the scheduler. I just did that manually and everything is ok now. oh and it seems a full un-install is necessary, including deleting the 'timetrex' folder from program files, deleting t...

Restore Database

I have successfully restored a database backup on to a new machine but there's one issue: The maintenance jobs don't run. I saw a post here about it and the answer was to change the user account that runs the jobs to an admin account, from the task scheduler in control panel. Please advice on how to...

Ok. Thanx.

Now, the reason I'm using Ps Amendments is that I have some earnings (e.g. House Allowance) that are percentages of Regular Time Earnings.

Is there a way of effecting this without using PS Amendments?

Thanx again

Multiple Companies

Is it possible to install multiple companies on the same machine?

If not then is it possible to restrict some admin users only to a given set of employees?

Is it then possible to have the 'absent hours (shortime)' shown on the pay stub. It is really important for the setup I'm doing because the employees get quite fussy about lost hours.

Thank you

Shedule Policy

When defining policies for my Schedule Policy, the overtime policy drop down box doesnt show any overtime policies, even though i've setup a couple. Is there any way round this?

Deduct Abscence

I would like TimeTrex to deduct cash from the time that employees are late, leave early or are absent. I have tried defining an absence policy and docking the absent time but it doesn't reflect anywhere on an employees timesheet. The employees are salaried(monthly) and i would like to either: - Have...

Defining shifts

I have some employees who work both day and night shifts, meaning it's possible to work the full day shift hours and then take the night shift. How do I setup TimeTrex to handle this? I have tried consulting the admin guide and using schedules but I am new to the software and I haven't been successf...
