TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I would like the ability to assign an employee in the Heirarchy on initial setup instead of needing to add them after the fact. The extra step in the New Hire Process is easy to forget.

Is there a way in Timetrex to set an Accrual policy to only show the days an employee has available and not the hours?
