No problems at all. At a glance, it seems to be what I really need.
Thank you!

Re: Maximum punch out time
Thanks for the reply, but I believe this approach would work only if the user worked till 7:59pm in my example. If the user worked till 9:40pm for instance, I believe the time would be rounded to 9pm, right? I would still want to have it rounded to 7pm.
Thanks,
Jodevan.

I hear you. Thanks!shaunw wrote:Unfortunately that is not possible to handle in TimeTrex automatically, you would need to choose a different meal policy to deduct 1hr vs. 3hrs.

Lunch deduction time
Hi everyone. I'm wondering if it's possible to configure the following scenario in Timetrex: I want to have a minimum auto-deduction lunch time if there are lunch punches (1h), but auto-deduct another amount of time (3h) if the user doesn't punch for lunch at all. Here are a few examples: Normal in:...

Maximum punch out time
Is there any way to limit a maximum punch out time regardless of how many hours have been worked for such day? Let's suppose no one can punch out after 7pm (actually it's possible, but the punch out time should be rounded to 7pm). Example (for these example's sake let's disregard the lunch punches):...

Minimum punch time
Hi. Is there any way to prevent an employee of punching earlier than a specific time, let's say 8am, for instance? I know I can round it to 8am if the employee punches earlier than that, but this doesn't fit my need. The best scenario would be displaying a message to the user about the time restrict...

Re: UserDateTotalList
I would maybe recommend trying a "Over Schedule (Weekly)/No Schedule" overtime policy instead. Then you would simply schedule the employees for any "approved" time (whether its over 40hrs in the week or not) and not schedule them for any unapproved time, which would automaticall...

Re: UserDateTotalList
It's a way to approve overtime hours. We create a overtime policy that limits the amount of worked hours weekly to let's say, 40h. Whatever amount of extra-hours is caught by this policy (8:18h in the screenshot) and then we use the aforementioned page to add them as regular time. Is that clear eno...

Hi. I'm finally upgrading Timetrex from version 3.x to the latest one, flex based, and I'm wondering how I can get to the page that has the functionalities displayed by UserDateTotalList.php. I've attached a screenshot in order to help. Any hint will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jodevan.

Hi Shaun. We were able to reproduce the issue. Let's say someone has selected, in the preferences page, the language as being English and the "01-Feb-01" format. If he switches the language to Portuguese, this option will be removed from the drop-down box. This is the correct behavior. How...

I found the problem. There are some people who are using the system in portuguese. When someone requests an adjustment and selects the date using the calendar widget it sets the date in portuguese, for instance, "28-Set-09" ("Set", not "Sep"). And it's here where the pr...

TimeTrex currently has no way to auto-punch employees if they don't punch in/out themselves. Instead TimeTrex can simply alert the employee/supervisor to a missed punch. As for the lunch time, you would need to explain your needs in more detail for us to offer suggestions. Hi Shaunw. Thanks for you...
