in the debug section of the ini file there is a line that says "production=TRUE", should that be changed to False?

Help! It's payday and I can't process payroll! I get this error whenever I try to do anything in Timetrex, anytime it says "processing" this pops up. Thanks!

Hi! Is there any reason why my timetrex would be slow? The "Processing" window stays in focus a very long time before we can actually do anything in timetrex.

retroactive wages

What is the best way to adjust wages retroactively. One girl was making $10.60 effective since her hire date Nov 19/2015. Wages increased to $10.70 on April 1/2016 but for some reason the system kept calculating her pay at $10.60 which I didn't notice til last pay period. I think it's working proper...

Hi, I'm using TT onsite community edition and after Microsoft got done remotely fixing my pc I can no longer login to timetrex either on the machine it's installed on or others on my network. Internet explorer says "page cannot be displayed"? My problem with Microsoft was I couldn't login ...

When Timetrex backs up the database, it creates a file in the Timetrex directory like "timtrex_database_on.16" if it was done on the 16th. It used to keep about a weeks' worth of backup files but it looks like now it just creates a file called "timetrex_database_on." when it auto...

Now I see timetrex_database_on. that was created the 15th in my t/t directory, should it not keep a week or so worth of backup files?
