Exporting Data to My Payroll System

Hi,

My payroll company can handle the Millenium export format. Is it possible to include all accrual balances in the export? I'd rather not have accrual calculations happen in both systems in case rounding makes the calculations differ....

Thanks,

TimeTrex 5.0

Hi, Towards the end of the thread on Coverage Based Scheduling (http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=222&start=0), TimeTrex 5.0 was mentioned as being the solution to scheduling issues . I'm about to "train" my management on the current online/free version 3.3.2 but we wi...

Temporarily Turning Off Calendar Based Accruals

Hello, We're stilling testing the latest TimeTrex online version (will purchase professional edition soon) and have come across something we're not sure how to handle: We have all employees on various calendar based accruals. However, if any of them go on unpaid leave (for parental or other fmla sit...

Re: Auto-Pilot for Salaried Employees - Total Hours Only?

Wouldn't any payroll system need to know the hours? If the salaried person takes vacation or is out sick although it's the same amount of pay, there needs to be some indication of how many hours are salaried, vacation, sick, jury duty, etc so that the pay stub can accurately portray the work week, r...

Re: Pending employee verification of timesheet

When I signed on as his supervisor, the verify button appeared. Thank you!

I thought as "admin" I would automatically be allowed to verify his time sheet but I had to put myself in as a superior on the Hierarchy screen. All is well.

Thanks again.

Re: Pending employee verification of timesheet

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I know verifications are informational, but where does one go to verify the time sheet so that the message on the time sheet is 'verified'? In the end of pay period screen, when I click verifications, it takes me to a time sheet summary report screen.

Help!

Auto-Pilot for Salaried Employees - Total Hours Only?

Hi, I've got auto-pilot working as it should -- salaried employees don't need to clock in and out. We have a weekly pay period. The "problems" that we're facing? 1. Our salaried employees don't work the same hours or days consistently but the total hours for the week must remain fixed at 4...

Re: Holiday Calculation Troubles

Hi Shaun, Anytime I made a change to the policy I recalculated numerous times for the employee and for the entire company hoping it would resolve the issue but to no avail. I'm stumped on this one. What I want to make sure of is that the policy, as attached, would always automatically calculate holi...

Holiday Calculation Troubles

Hi Shaun, I'm having trouble with the Holiday calculations. I have our 4 holidays input as recurring holidays. Our intention is to pay all hourly employees holiday pay based on their average workday over the past 365 working days and paid time off only. If the hourly employee also works on the holid...

Re: Absence Details on My Schedule Monthly View

Hi Shaun, 1. I looked at the timesheet summary and detail reports but neither give me the ability to display only absences in a calendar type format (similar to the My Schedule Monthly View). The managers definitely want to keep requests as a paper submission and NOT use the TimeTrex request system ...

Re: Absence Details on My Schedule Monthly View

ahhhh. I did it directly on his timesheet. This now presents 2 problems for us: 1. One department in my company has very complex scheduling procedures and is not planning to use the scheduling portion of the system but will input absences on the timesheet. Where can this department view/print all of...
