What would be the proper way to change the directory of your installation... I looked in timetrex.ini.php... is there anywhere else I need to change it?

It depends on how you installed TimeTrex. Did you use our automated installer or did you use the manual install from a .ZIP file?

I installed timetrex by using the .zip files and loading them into the directory. I then pointed the web browser to .../interface/install/install.php

Is that the automated installer? Then yes.

The .ZIP file is the manual installer. That being the case it should be straight forward to modify the directory that TimeTrex is installed in, essentially just moving it and updating the timetrex.ini.php file.
