Missing Data

This morning I had an error message on the Timetrex page saying the database was down for maintenance. I was unable to get the postgreSQL service started. It gave a very generic error of why it wouldn't start. I have a copy of my timetrex folder so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. How can I migrate in the data from the TimeTrex folder copy into the live version? Thanks!!!
