Red Errors after upgrading to 7.4.5

Tried upgrading to the latest version from 7.4.4 using the automated installer for windows but I am getting red errors on the system check acceptance screen. I've never had this issue before with any previous upgrades and havent messed with any files or anything. I am not an IT guy by any means so any help would be appreciated. Attached is a screenshot of the errors.
