Upgradeing TimeTrex from V8.0.9 Commmunity to latest version

I was wondering what kind of down time or possible data loss could and would result in with doing a live update.
Shouldn't be any data loss, but backups are always recommended.
As for downtime, that depends on how big your database is and how fast your servers are.
