system check issues that cannot resolve

I have followed every instruction on solving the issues mentioned below.
I am stuck.
Using VMBox, Ubuntu 16.04, Xtuple. I am following the instruction for the installation of all 4 items in a Xtuple Blog.
Help please, asap.
