Cant get through to the timetrex link

Hello, I have a timetrex community edition and ive had this issue for almost 2 weeks now, every time I try to log in it says "waiting for the page to respond" for a few mins then tells me the page can not be displayed, I have also tried it on multiple computers and browsers with no luck.
Please help

It appears to be a problem with your server that is unrelated to TimeTrex itself, as there is no web server answering requests to http://premier.aa-management.com on port 80.

Do you have any idea on how I fix this as I tried opening it from different computers and different networks from other places and it still wouldn't connect.

As mentioned it appears to be an issue with the web server itself, outside the scope of TimeTrex itself.
