I am just setting this up to see if it will work for us.

Our support employees work 35 hours normally. If they work 35-40 hours then they get those 1-5 hours in their accrual at a rate of 1.0. If they work 40+ they get an accrual of 1.5 on those hours.

Would I setup two overtime policies. One for active over 35 hrs at 1.0 rate. And one for active over 40 at 1.5. But if so, I can't see how to tie both to them and sort them any way.

How should I go about this.

Thanks,
Kevin Stephenson

Exactly, you would setup two overtime policies, and assign them both to the appropriate policy group. TimeTrex knows how to handle them based on the active after time, and overtime policies are exclusive to one another, meaning TimeTrex will only ever apply a single overtime policy at any given time (which is exactly what you want for overtime policies)
