Pay Stub View Error

I have just started to get this error when trying to view a generated pay stub.
Pay Stub Error
Pay Stub Error
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running TimeTrex 3.5.0 on Windows Web Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5, PHP 5.3.6, and PostgreSQL 9

Can you email a full copy of the pay stub .PDF to support@timetrex.com, and reference this forum post with it please?

I assume you installed TimeTrex from the .ZIP file?

I've never seen any issue like this before, it almost seems like there is a precision setting somewhere telling PHP to use 50+ digits after the decimal place, so all the dollar amounts are overlapping one another.

Do you know what has changed with your setup since the problem started happening?

I did install via the ZIP file.

The only recent change is an install of a SSL Certificate and implementation of a HTTPS Redirect through IIS URL Rewrite Module 2. But I doubt that has anything to do with it. I tried disable those features and still got the error.

In your TimeTrex.ini.php file, under the [debug] section, make sure these are set:

enable = TRUE
enable_display = TRUE
buffer_output = TRUE
enable_log = TRUE
verbosity = 10

This should show some debug output at the bottom of each page, please copy and paste the output from the home page (once logged in) here.

Unfortunately that didn't help much, can you post your PHP.INI file here as well?

; development servers and development settings are for.
; Note: The php.ini-development file has this setting as E_ALL | E_STRICT. This
; means it pretty much reports everything which is exactly what you want during
; development and early testing.
;
; Error Level Constants:
; E_ALL - All errors and warnings (includes E_STRICT as of PHP 6.0.0)
; E_ERROR           - fatal run-time errors
; E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR  - almost fatal run-time errors
; E_WARNING         - run-time warnings (non-fatal errors)
; E_PARSE           - compile-time parse errors
; E_NOTICE - run-time notices (these are warnings which often result
; from a bug in your code, but it's possible that it was
; intentional (e.g., using an uninitialized variable and
; relying on the fact it's automatically initialized to an
;                     empty string)
; E_STRICT - run-time notices, enable to have PHP suggest changes
; to your code which will ensure the best interoperability
; and forward compatibility of your code
; E_CORE_ERROR - fatal errors that occur during PHP's initial startup
; E_CORE_WARNING    - warnings (non-fatal errors) that occur during PHP's
;                     initial startup
; E_COMPILE_ERROR   - fatal compile-time errors
; E_COMPILE_WARNING - compile-time warnings (non-fatal errors)
; E_USER_ERROR      - user-generated error message
; E_USER_WARNING    - user-generated warning message
; E_USER_NOTICE     - user-generated notice message
; E_DEPRECATED - warn about code that will not work in future versions
;                     of PHP
; E_USER_DEPRECATED - user-generated deprecation warnings
;
; Common Values:
; E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE (Show all errors, except for notices and coding standards warnings.)
;   E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE | E_STRICT  (Show all errors, except for notices)
;   E_COMPILE_ERROR|E_RECOVERABLE_ERROR|E_ERROR|E_CORE_ERROR  (Show only errors)

I'm at a loss as to whats causing this issue, we haven't had any other reports that are similar to it, so I assume its something quite specific to your setup. At this stage I would recommend purchasing a support package so one our support reps can connect to your server remotely and carry out further diagnostics and trouble shooting.
