err_connection_refused

Good Morning,
I'm using the online version at ondemand2001.timetrex.com and for the past two days I have been unable to access the site from multiple locations however I CAN access from my office. I've gotten connection refused messages on multiple browsers from other locations however. Any Idea what is going on with this? I was able to log in from home once this morning, then refreshed the page and am getting the same error.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or rebooting your computer and trying it again? If that doesn't help please post a full uncropped screenshot showing the issue.

yes I have rebooted and cleared browser cache and I am still receiving the same error. I am able to tracert to the page no problem, however on multiple browsers are the same PC this is an issue. However, everything was working fine 2 days ago, then suddenly it stopped working.

Perhaps your DNS is stale, if you open a command prompt window and type:

nslookup ondemand2001.timetrex.com

Can you send us a screenshot of the results?

okay so i manually adjusted DNS to be google DNS. 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4 and things seems to be working solid atm. Sorry to have wasted your time.
