I just took over our communitybased timetrex - running version 8.0.9.
However after it got updated a while back, it stopped reporting if employees were clocked in less than they should (7,24 hours per day)
I tried seaching for a solution, however none of the results ... It adds overtime correctly enough.
Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Please check your Exceptions Policies and make sure that Under Daily Scheduled Time (S8) is Enabled and that the proper Exception Policies are assigned to Policy Group(s).

Based on the screenshots you provided nothing else needs to be done and the settings should meet your needs.

In order for us to assist you further please provide us with uncropped screenshots of the full timesheet (click Attendance -> TimeSheet), the Schedule Policy (click Policy -> Schedule Policies) and the Schedule inset page by clicking Attendance -> Schedules, highlighting an affected shift in blue then clicking the Edit icon.

After reviewing your last post, I'm guessing that there is some setting missing from the Schedule Policy (I might be wrong though)

According to your screenshots your Schedule Policy doesn't have any "Undertime Absence" policy selected, and the employee isn't actually scheduled either, therefore the schedule policy will never be used. So you need to first assign an "Undertime Absence" policy to your schedule policy, and then schedule the employee (using that schedule policy) for the proper number of hours.
