Punch in/out between 00:00 & 03:00 enter in previous day

When entering a Punch in/out for a 'new' days hours (in realtime or pre & post) between the hours of 00:00 & 03:00 makes an entry on the previous days timesheet log. No amount of editing the timesheet entry (times & date) make any difference, except for when the punch in/out hours are specified for after 03:00. Then the punch in/out pair move onto the correct day. Time zones appear to be set correctly in admin and client. Same entry issue happens if punch in/out entered by admin rather than client.
