Displaying Docked deductions on Paytub (Salaried Employees)

Post by xiomai »

Hello,

I have read a topic ( http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?t=1147 ) on why it is not shown but it is dated back in Feb 2009 and my situation is different since we don't have any deduction for Taxes (non-US based company).

I just wonder if with the current Community 8.0.9 version can now show this docked deductions.

I have included some screenshots on my current setup below.

In this scenarion the Employee is Salaried (Monthly) for 430.00.
The current calculation shown on the paystub is correct.
What I want to know is how to display the 23:00hrs and 00:15hrs which is 48.53 and 0.53 respectively as Deductions.

Here is the Employee Wage for reference on it's rate.

And does the Pay Stub Accounts order matter in this case?

On your Absence Pay Code, you would need to change the Pay Stub Account that it is linked too, to a different Pay Stub Account that is of a "Employee Deduction" type, then change the pay code to be paid instead.

I only found out that this only works on v9.0.4 (Community). :D
