Shift schedules are not created

Two days ago I created a recurring schedule for some employees as a test, but shift schedules are not created for them and their punches have "Not scheduled" exception.
As I understood shift schedules are supposed to be created automatically depending on the recurring schedules few hours before the shift start.

Please post a screenshot of a timesheet that has a date that is being affected by the Not Scheduled Exception as well as a screenshot of that date's corresponding scheduled shift.

I found out that the cron.php was not running properly, the problem was with my httpd
I fixed it and now it's adding schedules as it should.

One last question, Is there a way that enables me to manage cron jobs (stop/start/add)?
