We are using TT Community version 8.0.9 automatically installed on a windows server in the USA - ohio
For the past few weeks , managers have been receiving some exception unexcused absence emails that are incorrect. When we look later by logging onto the server the exceptions are not there and the people were not absent. Any ideas?

Please post a copy of the exception email, as well as a screenshot of that employees timesheet for the same day.

Can you post a screenshot of the schedule, schedule policy, and exception policy settings as well please?

Since v8.0.9 is so old, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version to see if that resolves the issue first.

it is version 9.09, not 8.09 .

I found the issue. It seems when TT performed the last update it was incomplete, so while it said it was the most recent version, some of the files were from the previous version. I upgraded / reinstalled over with the latest version and it solved the problem.
