Verification Error

So this is new to me and I'm looking for some insight -

I go to verify my employee's timesheet and receive the following error message:

"Unable to verify this timesheet when critical severity exceptions exist in the pay period."

What exactly is a critical severity exception? (The employee worked a 34 hour week and a 23 hour week in this pay period. A fairly standard scheduled that I've been able to verify weeks prior with no error.)

A Critical Exception is the highest severity level notification that if not resolved TimeTrex cannot properly apply policies resulting in incorrect timesheets as it won't have all the information it needs. For example according to your screenshot the M3 Critical Exception on May 21, 2016 indicates a Missing Lunch In/Out Punch which prevents TimeTrex from applying the correct Meal Policy.

In order to remove the M3 Critical Exception you can Edit the 2:56PM Normal Out punch and change it to a Lunch Out punch.
