Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to run a report that will list all employees who have and haven't punched in. or just a listing of who hasn't punched in.

Report -> Employee Reports -> Whos In Summary will show you who is currently punched in or out.

I'm not looking for a whos in whos out we use this system to keep track of college credit volunteer hours and intern hours we have some people who have signed up but never clocked in we want to see who those people are so we can identify if there was an issue. when your sorting through 300+ names gets easily to overlook a few people's name if you were to do a side by side comparison.

what I'm after is something that can tell me who has never clocked in or out since being added to timetrex.

ok, so I take it that this feature must exist because my feature request was deleted. so if this is something your able to do then can someone please explain to me how to do this.

all I want to do is run a report that will give me specific peoples hours I don't all people or 1 person I want to say 30 out of 200 people i want to see their total hours worked for saying the pay period. I have tried putting them into a group I have tried putting them into a different department. none of that will allow me to easily separate these specific employees from the rest so I can run a report based on just them.
