Hello!

I was hoping to get some help. I recently upgraded my desktop from Windows 8 to Windows 10. All was working well before the upgrade but not upon launching the interface I get the follow:

---------------------

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://localhost:8085 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

---------------------

I've tried Firewall settings, attempted from multiple browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) to no avail. Can someone please help?

Thank you!

Try upgrading to the latest version of TimeTrex.

Great - thank you for the response.

This may be a stupid question but it's out of an abundance of caution. I'm using the community edition btw.

How do I receive the latest upgrade without overwriting or potentially losing all of my former data? Is there a folder I could back up prior just in case?

Thank you!

Make a copy of the existing C:\timetrex\ folder before the upgrade, and be sure to point the upgrade at that same directory (assuming its correct for your system) and it will alert you to the fact that its performing an upgrade and keeping all your data rather than doing a fresh installation.
