Permissions Help

Post by Michael.Goddard »

I am setting up the system. Of course I am the administrator. But in my configuration I changed my permissions to that of "Administrator" and now I can't set policies etc. Any way to go back??

Did you use the permission preset to set your permissions to "administrator"? If so, you should still have full permissions.

Do you still have access to the permissions page?

I do not see the permissions options any longer. I did indeed use the preset "administrator" option.

If you do not have administrator permissions anymore you will need to re-install TimeTrex and start over again.

If that is not an option for you because you have already added data to the system that you do not want to lose, you will need to purchase a support package from us and we can work on fixing it for you.
