Missed punches.

Post by TimeUser »

Yesterday I clocked in fine. I missed clocking out for lunch and back in from lunch.
I was able to clock out on time, and I added a note on my clock out that I had a 45 min lunch.

So Today since I am time clock admin I logged in as admin and added two punches for my id
for lunch out and lunch in.

Those two entries were showing up after my clock out, so I deleted the clock out and added a clock out
which now shows after the lunch punches.

Now when I log into TimeTrex it says I have critical severity items pending.
While those admin punches show in red.

Logged in as a regular user I am unable to do anything about those critical severity items.

Can you post a screenshot of your timesheet showing the exceptions?

Anytime there is a blank cell on the timesheet between other punches, that means the punches aren't paired properly and TimeTrex can't total the time correctly, therefore an exception will be shown.

To fix this, simply click on the 8:42AM punch on Feb 5th and drag it down to the blank cell immediately above the 12:00PM punch. That will pair those two punches together and the exceptions should disappear.

Shaun,
It looks like that did it.

Thank you.
