I just want to setup timetrex in such a way that it will only print paystubs at the end of the month without requiring one to fill in the timesheet.

How do I achieve this?
What are the procedures to do it?
Is there a user manual for timetrex?

NB: I will need to enter all the users that I want to print their paystubs and also enter their wages plus their deductions that will be included on the final report then at each end of the month if everything remains constant then I will be able to print their paystubs (salary slips).

Yes it is possible using Recurring Schedules with Auto-Punch enabled.
