Schedules and timesheets

Post by mrbekhor »

How can I set up a schedule to automatically show up on the time sheets instead of having to input them manually. I also know about the punches section that will do the punching for ranging but I want to just have to input on schedules. Is there a way the system will input the punches for me or by just having the schedules set will the system automatically show them in the pay stubs.

Please Help me. Thank You so much in advance

you could do that. you would have to be using recurring schedules though. If you do that, there is an option for auto-pilot. With this checked, it will automatically punch in the employees for you.

Thank you for the response. Will it do it for any version? I've created schedules and don't the autopilot but nothing happens. For a whole week every day I checked and nothing showed up it kept saying someone missed a punch

Can you post a screenshot of your recurring schedule, recurring template, and timesheet showing the missing punch exception?
