I am using the online community edition of TimeTrex to track the hours for my employees. I use the scheduling feature to work out the shift patterns for each week. However, my employees don't log into Timetrex or use it themselves, it is just for my use. I have come to generate some reports around accruals etc and realised the setting the schedule isn't the same as completing timesheets. Now TimeTrex views my employees as not having worked any hours even though all of their hours are logged in the schedule.
Is there anyway to 'convert' a schedule into worked hours for my employees so that my reporting and calculations (e.g. accruals) work correctly? I really don't want to have to duplicate the schedule manually for each employee within their timesheet. Hopefully there is a way to convert.

As timesheets and schedules are dissimilar there is no automated way of converting one to the other.
