Some needed features for industries that hire CASUALS

Looking into hospitality industry as an example, which hire great number of casual workers, I would suggest the following features:

- WORKERS AVAILABILITIES - It would give the casuals the ability to login and inform their availabilities to work for the periods ahead.

- SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION - By introducing a couple of extra fields in the "Mass Schedule" screen, the supervisor/manager could select those scheduled shifts that requires confirmation from the casual worker. Once the worker logs in he/she would confirm "YES", he/she can make it, or "NO", he/she can not do that job.
Also, the Workers availability should be hooked up, so the supervisor/manager would schedule in only those workers who have informed as available to work at that particular time.

- GIVING DIRECTIONS WITH GOOGLE MAPS - For those off site jobs, the supervisor/manager could've inserted the site address, so up on login the workers would get google maps directions.

To add to schedule confirmation: Select several employees, whomever accepts first gets the shift.
