Thanks for your feature suggestion. We already have this feature on our TODO list, however if you care to elaborate more on what "triggers" would /could be used to increase wages that would be great.

For example, automatically increase wages after 3months AND 500hours worked. Increase wages by a percent (5%), fixed amount ($1.00/hr), or increase wages TO a fixed amount ($15.00/hr).

Once we add support for tracking employee skills, training and certificates, things like increasing wages after the employee has held certificate X for 3 months.

Having the option for wage increases to be authorized by a separate "wage authorization hierarchy" would probably be quite valuable as well.
