Could anywane help me on creating reports like:
1) Who came late or who came earlier (than the scheduled time)
2) Who leave later or who leave earlier (than the scheduled time)
3) Who has worked less*more than 8 hour/day, 40 h/week, 160hrs/monthly (than the scheduled time)
4) Statistical reports about who has entered/leaved more, the time that employee enters most...

Try the Employee Detail report, it already gives you most of this information if you are using exception policies.

I have seen that report, it looks good, but I want to filter only people who has exceptions so, not the others who has not exception. So not such a detailed form, but a list with Name, Exception, date of exception, and other criteria which are described before in my question.
Anyway if I am missing something, please tell me! and than you again.

Unfortunately no such report exists at this time.
