I have noticed that one of my users whom is "Team Member" in our permissions is able to view the generate paystub and recalculate timesheet. They can also view the edit employee and edit pay period buttons. This is snip one below. Snip 2 is a screen shot of our permissions. Also, he could not view the schedule. Snip 3 is what he should have been able to see. Snip 4 is what he sees.

It seems to be related to your customized permissions, I have passed this on to our developers and it should be corrected in the next day or two.

This issue should be resolved now.

The previously named user still cannot access his schedule from the HTML5 interface. He can however from the FLEX interface. I have verified that it does show up in the individual schedule printout for that user when printed from that user account. It is just that it is not being displayed in the schedule tab.

I am sorry. The previously named user cannot access it in FLEX interface either. I don't think that it is a permissions issue. I have posted a screenshot of the relevant area in the permissions. Also, the user is then not able to see the exceptions as the user does not see the schedule.

The employee in question, what is their employee number in TimeTrex?

I logged in as that employee and could access/view his own schedule in both Flex and HTML5 without a problem.

If you are still not able to see this, please send us a screenshot of the schedule/screen that you are seeing instead.

Yes, i noticed that this week doesn't have any schedule in it, but it is the same for a week with a schedule in it.

I went back a week or two where a schedule actually exists and it displayed it just fine.

It still doesn't show for me. I do not have any filters applied at all. Here is what I see from his view.
What they see.
What they see.
What I would expect to see is the 2nd screen shot.

Your recent screenshots that you say aren't working are from the Flex interface, did you try the HTML5 interface too?

I logged in as this employee again and see exactly what your "proper" example screenshot shows basically, shifts on May 11th, 13th 14th and 15th.

Have you tried using a different web browser or computer to see if that makes any difference? At this time I can't explain why you are seeing one thing and I'm seeing another...

That is really weird. I just tried on the machine that I tried it on originally and said that it didn't work and it works now. I am not sure why that is, but that is something that I would have to look into.
