1) How can I set up the desktop to just have a log on screen that brings them directly to the PUNCH IN/OUT screen. Want to make it as simple as possible like the old time clock.
2) Does anyone have any ideas where to get an inexpensive finger reader for this in New York
Punch in/out desktop
There is no real way to get to the punch window without going through a couple steps of logging into TimeTrex first at least. Once you are logged in though its just a single click.
We do offer our Desktop Punch client application that sits in their system tray and allows them single click (or quick shortcut key) punch in/out and offline punch capability. You can contact sales@timetrex.com for more information on this.
