hi there please help me i really need to get this installed my boss gave me a deadline to make this program work....

You need to install the PHP SOAP extension and make the specified directories writable by your web server. Without knowing more about your Linux distribution I can't help much.

If the folders don't actually exist where you have reported them to in the timetrex.php.ini, it will also give you that error along with messed-up write permissions
