Pay Periods not generating

Im running TimeTrex on a Win 2k3 Standard R2 O/S
PHP ver = 5.2.4.4
Apache = 2.0.59.200
TimeTrex = 2.2.5

The maint. jobs say they are completing, howeverthe pay periods have never generated properly. We have weekly pay periods that begin on Sunday. I have included a sample from the first log file for Saturday.
