I'd like to be able to track how often employees are late. Any suggestions?
Also, on the Time Sheet PDF, the column listed as ABSENCE TIME doesn't specify whether the absence is a SICK call, VACATION time, etc . . .
Is there a way to customize this?

If you have In Late exceptions enabled in your exception policy, you can use the Employee Detail report to show how often and which days employees are most frequently late.
As for the PDF timesheet, it is not customizable at this time. Since there is limited page space available, we group all absences together into one column for it. Other reports such as the TimeSheet Summary or TimeSheet Detail report will tell you which type of absence the employee took.
