I am trying to use the mass schedule function and after I click submit, I go to a screen where it shows adding schedule shifts..... But it never reaches 100% and the shifts are never added. What should I do?

Upgrade to v2.2.10 of TimeTrex (released yesterday) and see if that helps.

I updated to the newest edition and now I cannot even launch the on site logon. The page simply would not load.

Make sure that the TimeTrex services are running. There is an icon to start it in the Start menu, near the Logon icon.
