Installation stuck at Step 5

We are trying to install your system on our Linux Fedora Core 6 Box, after all the initial problems of installing Soap & BCmath etc, we are now stuck at Step 5, there is no data in the State/Province drop-down menu, and the installation will not continue!!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What is the full URL in your browser when you are on step 5?
